An Address to the Arab Muslim Women (14/32)

No matter whom, what and for whichever reason, you hate you sure will suffer.
For your well being you have to love, you must have something better to offer.

Being revengeful does not resolve your conflicts. It makes you feel more resentful and bitter,
You do realize that only by being forgiving and compassionate will you feel good and better.

You do feel good, at ease all the time. You know very well why.
Because you don’t apply the law of talion, i.e. an eye for an eye.

Be patient. Your condition is improving. You soon will be all set.
Don’t despair. There is really no reason at all for you to be upset.

You can no longer afford to be dependent and idle, you got to be active
To support yourselves in order to be free. You have no other alternative.

Express yourselves. You know the effectiveness of the word.
More than a deed, it can do miracles. It can change the world.

It may take a long time, but for sure one day you will be free.
"It takes", says a Chinese proverb, "ten years to grow a tree."

When you are in need, you feel a strong urge to receive.
Likewise, when you have plenty, you feel an urge to give.

You do try, the best you can, not to judge,
And not to hold against anyone any grudge.

Be persevering in your undertaking, no matter how long that takes.
Even if you don’t succeed, you sure will learn from your mistakes.

Doing something foolish makes you wiser. No worry. You've more to gain than to lose.
That doesn't mean it's all right to act foolishly; be careful next time; don't be too loose.

In other words, by not being mindful and acting foolishly, you may have lots to gain.
But not if someone else has to pick up the pieces. So, avoid acting the same way again.

When you find hard doing something, keep on doing it without cease.
Don't be discouraged, You, for sure, will end up by doing it with ease.

Be open to all teachings. Take what fits. You don't have to follow them to the letter.
So dare to undertake an arduous task. Do what you can now, and do the rest later.
